Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nexo Arena, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or engage with our social casino games.
Eligibility Requirements
Nexo Arena is strictly for adult entertainment. You must be at least 19 years of age to play, or 18 years of age if accessing from Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec. We do not target or permit minors to access the platform.
Nature of Nexo-Bytes
Nexo-Bytes are a virtual currency used exclusively within the Nexo Arena for entertainment purposes. They hold no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.
Strictly Free Entertainment
All games, including Spore Reactor, Plasma Bloom, and Fossil Decrypt, are 100% free to play. Nexo Arena does not offer real-money gambling, nor does it provide any opportunity to win real money or prizes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All visual designs, concepts, and names, including A.E.O.N. and the specific cyber-botanic game titles, are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexo Interactive Digital Inc. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Nexo Interactive Digital Inc. provides the Nexo Arena on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any interruptions in gameplay, loss of Nexo-Bytes due to browser clearing, or technical issues that arise during your session.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
